Jim Hathaway is the Owner and President of Brothers Construction which he founded in 1978 to serve the finished basement market in the greater Denver Metro Area. Under his guidance Brothers Construction has finished over 1500 basements in Colorado and is Denver’s most accomplished and sought after basement finishing company. In 1990 Jim purchased the property at 5640 South Curtice Street in Downtown Littleton where Brothers’ Basement Remodeling Showroom and Administration Offices has been located since 2003. Jim currently resides in Centennial, Colorado with his wife Beth in the home where they raised their five children.
